Shower Wall Installation Instructions
1. Apply tape ONLY when you are ready to tile.
2. Remove Adhesive Tile Mat release liner.
3. Center the tape’s CLEAR FILM side over Mat seam and gently apply. For corners, pre-fold tape lengthwise into 90 degree. When satisfied with tape position, fully press in place.
4. Remove the Seam Tape white, printed release liner to expose the adhesive and set tile per Mat instructions.
TILE SPACERS
Spacer Kit
Tile Spacers are important to achieving a professional appearance. The straighter the grout lines, the more amazing the look.
- Made specifically to work with MusselBound Adhesive Tile Mat.
- Six of each color coded thickness included in each Kit: 1/16″, 3/32″, 1/8″
- Easy to place, set tile with precision, remove spacer and reuse immediately on next tiles to be set. (Mat assures no sagging tiles when spacers are removed)
Instructions
1Select spacer thickness that fits between the tiles of the mosaic tile sheet or individual tiles.
Red 1/16” 1.5mm
Blue 3/32” 2mm
Orange 1/8” 3mm
2Place spacer flat side against edge of tile or other surface ensuring spacer edge contacts adhesive Mat. Spacer will stay in place as you position next tile. Use multiple spacers as needed.
2Remove spacer(s) from grout line and use again with next tile to be positioned.
